This area (assuming you mean the one at Main Street and Northern Boulevard; 137-61 Northern Blvd, Flushing 11354) is a GIGANTIC transit hub. So big, the MTA's Queens bus map dedicates a separate zoomed-in inset for the area. Main St. and Northern Blvd. (the Sears location) is a few short blocks from the Main Street/Flushing terminal on the #7 subway

The Q19, Q65, Q66, Q25, Q34, Q44, Q20A, and Q20B all go directly there, using that intersection. Also within about three blocks are: [takes deep breath] Q13, Q16, Q28, Q14, Q15, Q12, Q26, Q48, Q17, Q27.

For express buses, there are the X32 and the QBx1. Again, don't forget the #7 subway, or the LIRR at Flushing - Main Street.

I might have missed one or two; this area, again, is perhaps Queens' busiest transit hub other than Jamaica.
