You can share it through wireless interent / or wired internet by allowing your computer to share files with the PS3. You have to put all of your music on Windows Media Player though. Also you have to set up sharing with the ps3. I'm not too sure on how you set it up from the computer, but I know it is real simple. Also you can just transfer music to your PSP or Media memory card and transfer it through that way. Personally I like the PSP, but Media Server sharing is very simple too.
Oh yea, when are they releasing the firmware update that allows you to play music while playing games?

You can do a couple of things:
1). If your PS3 is connected via router you can set your PC as a Media Server for your PS3 (can be done through Windows Media Player 11 or other multimedia program, that supports Media Server function).
2). The easiest way - dump your MP3, WMA or ATRAC files to disc or flash or other media - insert it into PS3 - copy it to PS3 - no problem - play them whenever you want.

Simply take a jump drive, external hard drive, etc…hook it up to the USB port on the front and then you--
Goto to view under music, or video, or photos, scroll down to the drive you've hooked up hover over it then push Triangle(notX) then select display all (view all)(press X) and it will show everything on the jump drive or external harddrive. Then either listen to or view the music, video, photos or copy to the ps3 hard drive directly.
If you have a psp you can also use that to move files from pc to ps3.

you can connect it to ur PSP and import songs from ur PSP to the system u can also wirelessly get songs from ur computer onto ur system message me for more info

you burn a CD with your favorite songs, and go to the music catagory in the menue, and go to import CD.
