Ok.. So i just started a new, great job. During the interviews and the job offer, my boss told me that there was no overtime. Now that I've been working for 2 weeks, I notice that alot of people work overtime and also work through their lunch. Alot of the reason i took this position was because of no overtime. I am very concerned... Should I ask my boss about this?

You don't have to worry, if you can finish the workload assigned to you within working hours, otherwise you maybe forced to. Your boss can inform you that the workload assigned to you are good for 8 hours, if you cannot finish it then you have to work overtime.

On the other hand....

You may also want to check what job this people are doing for the company, if they are doing the same thing as yours then you can worry. You better ask your boss about it. otherwise, later on you may decide to leave your job because of this.

My guess is that he meant there is no overtime PAY. There is always a need to work more to get the job done.

Just don't work overtime if they ask you to stay tell them you have other plans and can't. Tell them you have to pick someone up from daycare so can't even stay once or that you car pool with other people who are waiting for you.
