NASHVILLE, Tenn. - There's new information Tuesday morning about a deadly weekend crash on a Nashville interstate ramp.

Police now said an immigration hold has been placed on Lorenzo Hernandez Santiz. Investigators now think he's an illegal immigrant from Mexico.

Police charged Santiz, who also goes by the name of Jorge Hernandez, with vehicular homicide.

Police said Santiz was speeding, and driving drunk when he flipped his SUV early Sunday morning - killing his passenger.

Police also said Santiz has been arrested three times in the past year. His charges include unlawful gun possession, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, escape, driving without a license and criminal impersonation.http://www.newschannel5.com/Global/story.asp?S=7187317

BRIDGETON -- A 19-year-old suspected illegal immigrant was lodged in Cumberland County Jail on Monday night after allegedly hitting a parked car on South Avenue and refusing a breath test.

Cristian Perez, of North Pearl Street, who police on Tuesday morning said could barely walk and failed a balance test when police pulled him over on South Avenue around 11 p.m. on Monday, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test, reckless driving and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Perez, driving a green Plymoth Neon with temporary tags, allegedly hit a parked car before attempting to flee the scene of the accident, according to Lt. James Battavio.

The point is illegal aliens don't BELONG in the country. If this person was in his own country, he would raping people in his country, not ours.

Why don't you explain it to this girl's parents that American citizens do the same. How would you feel if it was YOUR daughter?



Here's an analogy.

Suppose a sex offender that was NOT A STUDENT went inside a school and raped and killed a student. This person had been hanging out in the school for months, according to other students. Everybody knew he was there, even the other teachers.

The question is would this student still be alive today if this person was not in the school?

The "common sense" answer is YES!!!!

Outraged parents, especially the parent of the girl killed would DEMAND to know why this person was allowed to hang out in the school.

Yes, it is possible that other students or teachers could have done the same thing, as a matter of fact, it does happen.

But that's NOT WHAT HAPPENED. An unauthorized person was in the school and killed a student.

Would you try to tell the parents the same nonsense you are spouting here?? Well, students or teachers could have done the same thing, it happens all the time. Why are you picking on the unauthorized person? Because it was a needless loss. If the school enforced its rules, that girl WOULD be alive today.

We have more American citizens killed in ONE YEAR by illegal aliens than the total number of American soldiers that died in the entire war in Iraq.

Depends what areas you tend to hang out in. I won't go around any migrant camps or hang around where insipid illegals hang out. I don't feel safe on the roads though, because here in central CA, many, many accidents involve an illegal in a stolen car, so if they are able, they get out and run away, and you're stuck with the bills. I will only go to Walmart in the weekday mornings, because most any other time, I won't hear a word of English spoken. I feel like a tourist in my own country. yecchhhh
