Just one look at myself and my fellow humans convinced me of the opposite. We are an extremely diseased and deformed species. Lousy nails and teeth, no fur, back problems, can't run worth a damn, lousy smell, half-way decent eye sight and our minds don't get me started!

" Deformed" means it's altered from a certain form that is considered normal. Well what is normal? What would we have to compare it to? A and E are the first people ever, right? well they might have been really good looking or something, compared to all humans later. The whole thing is really ridiculous, stop worrying about these stories and move on with your life, I'd say.

Lots of humans are born deformed, so your question is false.

In-breeding leads to a higher likelihood of birth defects but not a guarantee of such.
