You are overweight for your age and height. Don't panic! If you don't exercise now, the second you start you will see a remarkable improvement! Shoot for 30-45 minutes of cardio four times a week along with some tonight for all of the parts of your body (see Women's Health magazine online for exercises). Do sit ups every day-- go for 100!
1600 calories a day is a safer amount. Try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Eat four small meals around 400 calories spaced out over the day.
Don't worry! I promise you will see an improvement as soon as you start (in the first week). Stick with your program. Exercise regularly. You will want to lose at least 30 pounds to fall in a healthy weight category, but it's completely possible! Stay positive! You can do it!

If you're 14 years old and weigh over 165lbs. (75 kg), you might be just a tad overweight. If you keep your calorie intake at 1200 per day, and exercise 1/2 an hour a day three times a week, there should be no reason why you shouldn't lose any weight. Also, it helps to stay away from the obviously high-calorie foods, of course, such as ice cream and candy bars. Also, try low-fat milk, instead of whole milk, and diet sodas, instead of regular sodas. Good Luck!!!

First of all, don't listen to the BMI. My BMI is so bad that it think's I'm anorexic, but the doctor say's I'm perfectly healthy.
You may be a little overweight, but I don't think it's something to freak over. Your plan is a good one, but try not to change your diet too much, just make sure you listen to what your body tells you it wants. For example, if you feel like you want some chocolate, you could be just craving calories-try to find a healthier alternative. Good luck, and DON'T FREAK about your body. Don't follow the BMI either! If you are really upset over your weight I would consider going to a doctor, he or she could tell you what's best for you.

yes you are overweight. the mose you should weigh to be in a healthy weight range for your weight and age is 140lbs. however, i would not suggest you lose that much weight until you are older because you are still growing into your body. for now you might want to get down to 160. cutting to 1200 calories a day is good but make sure what you eat is healthy
good luck!

sorry, but u are overweight. Try this..
*For breakfast, make sure to eat, but don't load up on pancakes, french toast, bacon, etc.. consider fruit plates, bananas, and yogert, and sometimes a healthy cereal.
* Try walk as many places as u can without going there with a carm u'll also save the environment = )
* after each meal, immediately brush ur teeth, that toothpaste flavor will not make u hungry and u won't want to eat because the food will taste bad from all of that toothpaste flavor!
* EXERCISE! make it a routine!

I will never say a person is fat. I know some "healthy" people and they are good people. You are realistic in calories too. Many people think starving help, but, actually eating a well balanced meal along with activity is what get you in shape with good muscle tone. Go to the link and you can learn;

please don't listen to these people on here that say "unfortunatly, but yeah"!!! you are not fat.. fat is a word that should be banned from our language and vocabulary. Please listen to me .. weight and how people percive your body imigage is a complete controvercy that everybody is eager to battle. i'm 16 and ive weighed 168 ibs at 5'9" till i was 15 .. a lot of people called me fat and unfortunatly i believed them. it's not fully their fault for building my complexes.. it was mine too for allowing these words affect me because before i did allow them to affect me i felt beautiful. that changed and so did my body. i lost 38 Ibs in 3 months which is compleatly unhealthy and now i way somewere around 128. my weight now together with complexes i faced and still do forced me into a stage on anorexia nervosa which i'm still battleing today. even though everyone tells me i look way to skinny for my height or some people tell me i look good... my complexes are so servere that i dont listen to anybody anymore but the voice in my head which tells me "you're still fat", Anorexia is a serious matter which is very much fatal as well as difficult. it also leads one into depression and can lead to suicide. many times i fell as if i have 0 energy and im guilty when ever i eat something. people say "oh.. if she's aware of this why doesn't she stop". There is muc more to an eating disorder than food... its a mental and psyciatric disorder that requires proffesional help to overcome. so please if you are considering to loose some weight.. do it because you feel its necessary.. not because other people feel its the right thing to be - skinny... they might as well say unhealthy is beautiful... HEALTHY IS BEAUTIFUL!!! and before you attempt to loos weight do a lot of reserch on it chech out this web site as well: http://www.prairiepublic.org/features/healthworks/disordered/ansigns.htm ...... take your time with loosing weight and embrace it as an experiance rather than an obligation.. have fun with it and dont be dpressed about it.. enjoy life and screw the shallow **** people say to make u feel bad about yourself!!!! peace!! :)

Your sort of fat. Or check your BMI here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
According to your BMI you're overweight.

I definately WON'T tell you if you are fat or not. You need to be the judge of that. If you dont feel good about yourself then do something about.
1200 cals per day and lots of exercise is exactly what you should be doing - make sure you drink lots of water too!
Goodluck :))
