yeah, I'm on my laptop, I live in an apartment building so I'm using someone else's internet via my airport...

If your power went off, how are you on the internet? If you are baking with gas instead of electric and have a microwave oven, "bake" them there, but they won't taste the same.
OK -- your brownies should be alright if your power comes back on within the hour. Almost like just letting the batter sit on your counter for an hour. But check them about 15 minutes before the normal cooking time.
Guess you better get back to your own place to see if the power's back on if the brownies are in the oven. If they're not in the oven and in the fridge, just wait til tomorrow to bake them for a little less time.

how are you using the computer if the power is out?
they should be fine.
