God's economics are not ours.
I have no trouble believing that God made an infinite universe full of beauty and power and awesomeness and only us to explore it.
Your question seems to say "Why all the wasted space?" God's idea of wasted space and ours might be very, very far apart.
On the other hand, I have no trouble believing that there are other races of created beings out there that God gave life to also.
I don't know which is true, but it's a fun question to think about.

Is it possible that humanity, the center of creation, exists on an infinitesimally small dot of a planet as compared to the rest of the unevers?

Humanity is not the center of creation. There are some people that believe this antiquated belief because they have a small mind. The truth is that God is the center of creation.

Where did you dream this up from? Who claims that Humanity is the center of creation? The Bible in it's opening verses says that man was created in "our" own image so that he would be like "us".
This would indicate other beings and creations in addition to God.

Because there is no such thing as Creation, and if there were, Humans would not be the center of it.
