as much as i like to interact peacefully with others, i find it hard everytime i view questions being asked out of pure ignorance.

mark1011.. what makes u think i wasn't outraged over 911? of course i was, am, will be! but you're talking of 911 like that was the only terrorist threat ever on the face of earth. What about crimes committed in the name of christianity toward others? shall i go into details?

mrs CT. don't worry nobody wants to kill you. I just asked a general question. By the way, the crusades were done by christians, not muslims. :)

If it is filled with hate it does not come from a person of Christ. If you mean by Christian someone who goes to a church with a cross, then the way you think makes the world around you as you see it.

Hate starts by defining people as different, and by understanding different as wrong, and then not loving them for being wrong.

I am a Christian, and I hope I have never said anything hateful to anyone on here. But I will say these things - Any time one of us asks why Muslims don't show their disapproval of the Islamic extremists, we get a lot of answers from Muslims saying that the media is controlled by Jews and wouldn't cover such a story. Well, a while back there was a news story on Yahoo about some Muslims in the Middle East staging a demonstration against Al Quaida. I asked on here why American Muslims didn't stage similar protests, because it was clear the media would cover such events.
Not one Muslim answered my question. Total silence from the Muslims.

Also, Muslims, on here at least, have an irritating habit of excusing current Muslim violence by pointing out Christian violence of centuries ago. Do you see any Christians on here excusing the holocaust because early Christians were hunted down and stoned to death as heretics by Jews?

I sympathise with your feelings, but you have to understand that Muslims are going to have to make more of an effort to condemn this craziness, and stop living in the past before the rest of us are going to trust them. The Crusades are over, stop using them as a way to defend the blowing up of school buses. Again, this is not hate, just straight talk. God bless you.

Believe me, the conservatives are coming to power soon, they will not let this continue, people have uproared about this, it will not happen again after the next general election, the BNP will get a hell of a lot more votes, and then, whn mosques are burned down, and muslims battered on the streets, they will regret what they did, I have no problem with peaceful muslims, but if a muslim friend of mine ever did that, I'd half kill them, since a lot of other people feel the same way, the conservatives will come into power, and it will stop.

I am a christain and I am ashamed that some people are so close minded and unaccepting. I can't understand it. Makes me sad how so many people seem to think that their way is the only right way. But thankfully not everyone is like this.

Hmmm... after reading all of the answers people have it seems that a lot of them are saying things about the bad things some Muslims have done. But I have to say that not all Muslims are responsible for the actions of other Muslims. Same goes for Christians because some of us have done some pretty bad things too but not all of us are responsible for how those others choose to live thier lives and the bad choices they make. Although i do wish they wouldn't make some of the choices they do. But that goes for anyone who has done something wrong.

Hope that made sense. It was hard to get this point across.

I am Christian. I have no problem with Muslims on a personal level, except that they do not believe that Jesus is their Savior, which is more their problem instead of mine. For the most part I have no problem with anyone, unless they have a problem with Jesus. Now it is my understanding that a lot of Muslims (usually the really religious ones) believe that if you are not Muslim that you are to be wiped out completely. For example, the crusades that have been going on for years.

If you don't want to kill me for my own beliefs, then I am O.K. with you, because as a Christian we are to love everyone not just our own and try to bring them to Jesus, even though you cannot make an individual bring Jesus into their heart. Jesus is for anyone willing to believe and put God's way first instead of their own.

Oh, notice I said a lot of muslims, not all muslims.

In all Holy books you can see the peace. but some they are looking at Muslims and Christians as their strong enemies as both are lead people to best of their life. so Best thing to be done make both of them to fight each other and its easy then to get over the weakened winner. and i think small reading in books and history its easy to track the real people make this happen over ages, because they think of us as nonbelievers and don't deserve to be god worshipers. they are the chosen people by god.
On other hand Jesus is prophet for Muslims so its not allowed to them to talk even bad word about him. I saw lot of evil things made and through it over Muslims shoulders, WHICH is not called for us Muslim if you committed them,.

Even you must realise they are not just coming from Christians. The treachery - of bombing, maiming and murdering those in the community you live in will never get a sympathetic hearing.

#1 they aren't.
#2 not every question critical of Muslims is "hate filled"
#3 until the majority of Muslims speak out against the evil being done by members of their religion, their silence will be understood to be agreement with those evil acts.

my little theory is that they feel intimidated by Muslims and not in the generic typical "they are violent, they are terrorist" way. In REALITY, most Muslims are strong respectable people and in the way of extreme Christians mission to have full control over the human race.

Then again, Christians are the only ones who desperatly run around like nervous wrecks trying to prove themselves and preach their religion to anything that moves...so its not a big surprise

(sorry to those who will give me a thumbs down since thats the only thing they can do. i just like truth.)
