I whent to the cdc web site and put in my wight and hight it said I was obse I am 5'9 and whigh 200 pound but I onley where size 10-12 pants and medum tops I dont look obese
no one will even belve that I whigh as much as I do

BMI calculators can't measure your body fat. They don't know if you are small or large framed, athletic or not.

At 5ft9 and wearing a size 10/12, I wouldn't even put you as overweight, let alone obese!

You need to find out your body fat percentage. Consider investing in some body fat callipers so you can test your body fat at home. Generally 20%-30% body fat is acceptable for a female.

I have been saying this forever - BMI and scale are pretty irrelevant measurements. what your scale shows only is for your doctor to know how much medication to prescribe for you.
BMI doesnt tell you how much muscle you have and what is your body fat percentage which is what really matters.
ask at the gym or dietitian to measure it with clippers (scales that show that can be +/-5% so dont use those.)
