Dimple is right. Everybody is the church, since we're the mystical body of Christ on earth.
Now if you're asking which church has the fullness of truth, I would say the Roman Catholic Church.
But any church that teaches love and acceptance of people instead of judgmentalism and exclusion, has at least some flicker of the truth in it.

The real Church is the Church Jesus founded at Caesarea Phillippi with the words "You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it." And with those words, Jesus appointed Simon Peter to be His representative on Earth after His ascension: a position held today by Joseph Alois Ratzinger, now called Benedict XVI

The real church is the body of believers who do not add or take away from the Word of God.
These are born again believers who believe with the fruit of their lips and with all of their hearts.
And the church they attend will resemble the church established by the Holy Apostles. And they will bare the signs of the believers as it is written in Mark 16.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

"Real" church doesn't have to have any leading or magical figure. The "real" church is what is within you. It is all about helping others and being kind to others. Even an atheist can have a "real" church inside them. :)

As you may know, the Greek word that is translated "church" over 100 times in the New Testament is ekklesia. In the Greek world this word was used of any public assembly of free citizens who gather in order to determine their own and their children's communal, political and spiritual wellbeing. Its use in the Bible, however, is very different. It was used in the Greek translation of the Hebrew Old Testament (the Septuagint) to translate the Hebrew word qahal, the "congregation" of those whom God had called into a covenant relationship with himself. In the New Testament it refers to those whom God has called out of humanity (the word literally means "called out of") into a personal relationship with himself, to be his own people. Having given us the Holy Spirit he now calls us to live for him, not just as individuals, but as a community, a family.
What is a Christian? ... from God's perspective, is someone to whom he has given his Holy Spirit. What is the church? Christians who come to assemble with one another.

The real church was founded personally by Jesus Christ, and has always remained one, holy, apostolic, and Catholic ... just as it always will be.
All authentically Christian denomination subsist within it, and outside of it, there is NO salvation.
