Shrimp fettucini alfredo- get some shrimp, throw them in a frying pan with butter, sprinkle with oregano, garlic and salt and pepper. Boil fettucini noodles. Drain noodles and toss with the shrimp and a bottle of alfredo sauce, heat through and serve with a fresh loaf of crusty italian bread and a salad.
This is easy but impressive and good. Purchase a nice cheesecake (or just slices) for dessert and you are set!

ect.
also, a really easy but yummy dinner is pasta w/ alfredo sauce and garlic bread.
also, have a fun drink like shirley temples or smoothies

chicken cordon bleu --- all you need is chicken, ham and cheese. basically you slice the chicken apart and put the ham and cheese between the slices of chicken (sounds funny but it's great) easy to find a recipe online and it goes with pasta or potatoes, i love it with penne pasta and alfredo.
easy, elegant and great tasting!

a recipe is at: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chicken-Cordon-Bleu-I/Detail.aspx

but it's pretty basic :) have fun! and congrats on the anniversary!
