i couldnt get my left one in & ive been trying since 4 today now its 7:06 & i havent been able to get my right contact out plz help

Do you have 02 Optix in because I swear those things suction VERY well.
Anyways, what I do is, first wash your hands. I put some contact re-wet stuff on my contact in my eye and some contact solution on my pointer finger. Then I push the contact to the side of my eye (away from your nose) and typically the contact will either roll up or loosen up where I can blink it out. If not, then CAREFULLY (while contact is to the side of your eye), use your pointer and thumb to grab the contact.(I don't really trust that method too much because you can tear your contact or scratch your eye.

I've been wearing contacts for 26 years and the method I use is to pinch them right off of my eyes. I do it very quickly and I don't believe it damages the lenses. The only problem is that you can't flinch when your fingers get near your eyes. I was able to overcome that years ago.

u know that watery soultion u put ur contacts in, put a couple of those drops into ur eyes aand it will slide off wen u take it off :]
