i just asked out my best friend sam and after i asked him out he goes and askes out my X-best friend emily who already knew i asked him out and liked him... what a backstabbing ***** ! ne ways they already whent out once and they broke up cuz he wuz not paying enough atention to her and he waz paying all of his atention on me... basically he was cheating on her with some other girl but now they are goin out again so what should i do? i always told my self that i would not let a guy come between my friends but i care more about sam then emily. what should i do?

You basically could not ask for the worst best-friend and potential boyfriend if you tried. I think you need time away from both of them because they both hurt you to some extent. It might feel good to be around him, but it will ultimately tear you down knowing that he's with someone else, and he's just no good. It'll make it harder for you to move on, which I sense you don't truly want to do. Reality hurts, but moving on without both of them right now would be the best thing. It doesn't have to be forever, but you need time to not feel hurt by the situation, to forgive, and to find a new special someone.

seems like sam's a jerk. Dont give him a second thought. He's drama and likes playing with people's emotions. Make ammends with emily, but tell her how you felt when she and sam went out.
