Yes, because exercise helps relieve stress, which is one of the major factors of acne. But you also have to remember to wash your face. My dermatologist told me that the best thing to wash your face with is just normal water, twice a day. And no, as a few people said, your diet does not affect acne. So actually, exercise and washing your face daily would improve it a whole lot. If not, try ProActiv! It's working for me =]

it will help BUT MORE SO you should start with a diet change.
eliminate sodas and junk food. no chip's and aviod trans fats or foods with them in it. watch what you put in your body. eating lots of greens will help with your skin as well. try drinking (mixed with something else) apple vingar cider. braggs is a brand you can purchase AT ANY supermarket..wholefoods sells it i know.
if you have a naturally oily face...aviod using oil based makeup (if you are a girl)..if you are guy make your you wash your face more than one a day.

definitely
the more you exercise, the more you sweat, which cleans your pores. but it also makes your face look and feel oily right after you are done so make sure you wash your face to remove the dirt. also change your diet so it includes less sugar and oily or fatty foods. go for milk vegetables and fruit!
good luck
