So here's the history of my cat: She's always been an outside cat....she's getting older and more weak, so we make sure she gets atleast 2 meals a day of wet food.
Well lately, she has been screaming to get inside the house, and when she does get in, she wants right back outside....AND she won't stop eating, literally we can feed her 3 meals a day of wet food, plus she just ate half a can of canned chicken and she's STILL begging for more food! She won't stop harassing us, all day long!
What could be wrong with her?

Have her checked for hyperthyroidism. Around age 8, my cat got really vocal, started overeating (but not putting on weight), and was showing hyperactive behavior (racing around the house chasing nothing). If left untreated, it could mess with kitty's kidneys, heart, and blood pressure among other things.

Ok, I am not a vet, and probably most people that will respond to this question are not vets, so here is some tough love advice, take your cat to the vet.
Not to lecture, but you have a responsibility to your kitty to open your wallet and obtain an educated diagnoses of her problems. Could be kidney failure, could be stress (yes, animals get very stressed if there is a threat to their territory - another cat move in near by?) But not one person can give you an exact diagnoses without an exam - just like people. So go to the phone and call your vet.
If you love your kitty it is the best thing to do.

Both outdoor cats we took in would completely empty their food bowl every time it was filled, and I considered this survival eating (they didn't know the bowl would be full all the time so they tried to stuff in as much as they could every thime they went by it).
Have a sample of her poop checked for worms. If she's free of those, keep dry food down all the time for her, but in small amounts like 1/4 cup every 3 hours. Still offer the canned food.
I've seen outdoor strays put down three 6 ounce cans of wet food in 16 hours, which is a huge amount. They keep eating if they don't think it'll be there later.
To avoid a lot of screaming problems, get her used to a routine. ONLY feed her when you call her name and put food down in one corner of the kitchen. She'll know what the food call means, and that she won't be fed on the table or in the living room or in the bathroom, etc.

It could be many things with an older cat. The only true way to know is to take it to the vet. If you love the cat you will want to find out the problem and get it solved. It could be as simple as having worms to something like a serious disorder such as diabetes or renal problems......either way it is your responsibility to see to its' health
Good luck

sounds like my cat in warmth, yet no, i don't think of there is something incorrect along with your kitty, he's only being a cat. some are extra spastic than others. i've got had one that slept contained in the branches of our Christmas tree... Cats only have their own personalities, and it appears that evidently like yours has particularly some character. nevertheless i think of somebody else reported fleas, and that's rather plausible. attempt calming him down whilst he's being spastic and tilt his neck returned. if so, you will see a ton of fleas crawling around there. additionally, all cats get thinner scholars whilst they're hyper. He sounds wonderful to observe.
