How can you make a pact with something that is non-existent?

I think that most people who work with "divine beings outside the realm of Abrahamic religions**" will agree that you can not make a pact. You honestly have nothing to offer as a direct trade. Your "soul" is of no consequence to them.
There is a religion called demonolatry, which literally means demon worship. Demonolators work with demons to learn things and to acheive their goals, but it is like any other path -- you can not just call on a demon at random and expect to get what you want.
**And yes, 'Satan' and 'demons' exist outside of the narrow realm of Judeo-Islamic-Christianity.

You can try but I have never heard about any demon being honorable with their side of the bargain. They are liars you know. They are also evil. If a demon was a real estate agent, he would be trying to sell you swamp land in Florida. But you would never find that out until after you made the deal and forked over all your money.
