my puppy's belly keeps growling. help?

his little belly won't stop growling. I have fed him already but it still keeps making noises! what should i do?

you guys are right. come to think of it, i do feed him alot more than i should.

Hopefully cutting back the amount has helped. Frequent smaller feeds are better for him.........3-4 x a day for the youngest pup. I still feed my adult dogs 2x a day to prevent bloat........which can be caused partially by overfeeding.

Another thought, one of my older dogs has had rumble tummy for some time and it turned out to be worms! She eats grass a lot and picked up something. So remember to have a stool sample checked by the vet several times through puppy hood and then occasionally as adults.

I'm guessing the dog doesn't like it. He may have pain and is trying to tell you. Some pups get hernias, check his stomach area. Also, a puppy shouldn't have attitude like that unless something is wrong. If it's nothing physical, then I would try administering Bak flower with essences added. It will change a cranky dog into a dog with a better temperment. It is totally safe, if fact people can take it as well,know any cranky people? LOL

they always grow after they eat..its sooo cute! hes ok, he might need to go out and go potty though..i would just limit the amount of food he eats at a time..maybe half the serving of what he just ate..just split his meals up that way he doesn't get too full..but its normal, their tummies grow when they eat, cuz their so small but they are growing so they eat so much..

i think you should take him to the vet to get him checked out, but i think that you shoud try feeding him more. (i hope he feels better) =]

have your puppy checked for worms, that could be the problem.

probably normal, just digesting. also make sure he's gone to the bathroom.

Are you overfeeding him and giving him unlimited water?
