belly button doesn't hurt at all
at least not for me.

and i heard the piercing that hurts the worst to get is the nose?

but i think getting your tongue pierced would hurt badly cause just when you bite it,hurts.
and that doesn't even go all the way through

hope i helped!

I can't give you advice on the navel piercing. I have had my tongue pierced and getting it pierced really doesn't hurt that much. I was surprised that he was done. The first few days after is the part that sucks. Make sure you take good care of it and suck on ice to help keep the swelling down.

Don't compare it to biting your tongue. Biting your tongue hurts 100 times more than piercing it. Strange, I know, but it's true.

The tongue is one of the fastest healers when it comes to piercings, the navel is one of the longest. 4-6 wks, sometimes longer, for tongue and up to a year for some people for the navel.

I had my tongue pierced 3 weeks ago...It didn't hurt at all...the first few days are annoying but it's bearable. I had some trouble speaking clearly the first week but now I speak fine. It's not a big deal, just go get it done, follow the aftercare instructions and you'll have a very cool piece of metal in your tongue...

Since a have to go to work in 2 weeks, I bought a couple of cool retainers in shecoolhecool.com... remember not to change the initial jewelery until your healed.

Tongue piercings hurt a lot - you won't be eating food for a few days because of the swelling.

Belly button will be a lot easier, since it's just flesh. It'll nip a bit to get done, but it'll heal reasonably quickly. Just be careful not to catch it on anything.

The best advice I can give you is:

DO NOT change the jewellery too soon. It will hurt and it WILL get infected.

DO clean it exactly like your piercer tells you. This will help prevent piercings getting infected.

You should get an aftercare sheet with piercing instructions. Follow it.
