She might have over active glans, my sister had that problem, and the doctor recommended botox a injection, now she doesn't sweat. Or if she is like way over weight that could be the problem.

maybe the deodorant isn't strong enough or she doesn't use enough. She can try a powder and follow up with a spray.

Your friend probably has over active sweat glands. If she shaves her arm pits, that should solve the problem.
