First, it's whatever you want, it's your body. I personally think that they are kind of out dated, basically because it does not have a meaning but for it's looks. I prefer a tattoo of meaning no matter size.
As for the look or "style" of it (which no tattoo should be tattooed for being "in style" much like the "tramp stamp" now. I think that these tattoos are kind of tasteless,depending on the design. But, yet again it's not my body.
As for women with tattoos, i personally think that if it is done tastefully a women can look extremely hot. While some tattoos can look tacky and trashy which resemble the women.These tattoos are to show the world bits and pieces of that person.

Arm bands are so overdone. Plus I really think that they look lame. I would rather see a tattoo somewhere else like: the back over a shoulder blade, ankle, small tattoo on the back of the neck,etc. Tattoos can be cute/attractive just don't overdo it and have a thousand of them. Also make sure that it is something that is meaningful. That way when it starts to sag and fade you'll see it as more of a symbol of your life than a regretful error.

Not a fan of them personally, I think they are almost too masculine, but at the same time I can respect a woman who can pull off a sleeve.
Tattoos are a personal choice so I think that if someone has a reason to get it, then that is for them to decide and not for me to judge.

I've never liked girls with arm bands. It always just looks so masculine, even if it's dainty and small. I'm just not a fan. I think there's alot of better places to put a tattoo.

in 30 yrs you'll be half way to hacket anyway so don't worry bout that unless your 18 jst now.I think females look great with any ink i love full sleeves on a female they just look so individual and diffrent id say go for it.

I think arm bands look manly on even the prettiest of girls i love ankle shoulder and lower back tats though

the best place to go that will give you an idea of what your gonna look like in about 20-30 years is the beach
some of the uglies in the world with tattoos that are aging (bad)
