Ok when people are talking about egg whites, do they mean the clearish stuff around the yellow center ?

Egg whites are everything except the yolk. They are clear when uncooked, and turn white when cooked. They have a lot of protein without any fat, and you can substitute 2 egg whites for one egg in most recipes to cut down on the fat and calories.

Yes and it makes the best candy in the world. You can also make meringue cookies, royal icing, also sorts of yummy treats.
If you separate the white (the clear stuff) from the yellow part (yolk) and then beat the whites with a mixer until fluffy. You can use the egg whites as a facial mask to help dry up pimples and bad acne.
