Can someone translate a French phrase into English for me?

I sent a package to France and it got returned to me. A note on the box says N'habite pas a l'adresse indiquee.
Can anyone translate this for me? Thanks.

Does not live any more at the indicated address

It means the person doesn't live at the address you sent it to

In other words, I think you may have sent it to the wrong address
