My guess is 800. Those aren't the healthiest choices you could have made.
1) Cheese is FATTENING.
2) Jaffa cakes. You can eat them once a week.
3) Salt. You need a small amount of salt, but too much is bad for you.
If you're trying to loose weight, eat no more than 400 more calories today for a grand total of 1200. Eat 1200 a day and you'll loose one pound a week!
Good luck!

Rice Krispies are likely from white rice and have corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup in them. I don't do milk, as I don't consider it healthy.

I do not know what jaffa cakes are.

If the roll was white bread, I would not eat it. (I only eat whole grains.) I also don't eat cheese (for the same reason why I don't consume milk) or meat (for similar reasons as the dairy). If something is "cream", it's usually full of fat.

The only pop corn I eat is air popped with Smart Balance, a natural fat spread. (I don't do butter or margarine, which is unnatural and filled with hydrogenated oils.)

I would eat the kiwi.

No one can accurately answer if this is a healthy diet for you because we don't know how old you are, how much you weigh, what kind of activity you were doing, and if you have any medical problems.

However, for the average adolescent or young adult, this diet is likely very low in calories (meaning too low in vitamins and minerals) and is lacking in a variety of fruits and vegetables. But you weren't specific enough about serving sizes for us to be sure. What's a "big" roll?
