Charge or conviction? Doesn't something on a record stay on a record, since it is a record?

If convicted, this will be part of your permanent record. Even if you are underage, it will remain on your driving record for the purpose of counting priors if you get arrested again.

It depends on the state, in some cases you may be able to have your record expunged but it would depend on your case, any prior arrests, as well as the terms set by the judge. Good luck.

In more and more stste, it stays there permanently. Even when a record is "expunged" it is still there somewhere.
