"Freedom of speech is a restraint on the government, not an incitement of the people."- Dean Acheson.

You do have freedom of speech, but others have to freedom to block offensive speech. Why don't you try to be more diplomatic.

I just came home from a class that has an annoying student in it. He acts like he knows all and denigrates everyone else. Sadly, he really does not know jack, but that does not stop him from being an a**hole. Most of us just don't bother listening to him.

So try not to be an a**hole. Treat people with respect and they will respect you, even through a difference of opinion.
