Yes. He should get the blame. Imagine. The first President to invade a country which hadn't even fired a shot at us, all in the name of accomplishing a regime change. Oops! Sorry. That was William Jefferson Clinton during the Kosovo campaign. Or a President who stands in front of the Congress and tells them and the American people that he is going to commit U.S. forces into a piece of foreign territory and says it will only be for a period of one year. The place was Bosnia. Oops! Sorry. That was William Jefferson Clinton, too. BTW, there were 7,500 active duty deaths during the Clinton administration. I have yet to hear one throbbing bit of angst about them.

if you have kids you are responsible for them do you get the blame if they get a f in school, or shoplift a candy bar from the grocery store? no life is more complex than your simple mind is able to handle so stop trying and let those who are capable of it's complexities handle it.
