Nummers!!!! Here are some of my favorites:
1. Corn on the cobb with lime juice, chili powder and kosher salt
2. Chopped salad with blue cheese, candied walnuts and lots of fresh veges
3. Baked zuchinni: halve the zuchinni and top with a mixture of breadcrumbs, melted butter, and cheese. Cover and bake until tender.
4. Roasted veges and potatoes with garlic, rosemary and parmesan cheese.
5. Red potato salad

Last time I made baby backs we had, potato salad, and stuffed jalapenos. And had peach cobbler for dessert it was very barbecue-esque.
Oh and stuffed jalapenos are just jalapenos halved and gutted. Stuff with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. SO yummy!
