I haven't seen her at the races in awhile. I understand it may have taken her awhile to go back. It just seems like it would be good p.r. to make an appearance at least occasionally, even though she can own/run a business from the office. Maybe she only attended in the past to support Dale Sr. and isn't much of a fan, who knows.

She was at every race Dale Sr ran. I don't blame her for not going now, I'm sure it is hurtful for her. She could run DEI correctly without being at the races but she doesn't.

She shows up once in a while, to make a token visit.
In my opinion, letting Jr. go to Hendricks is going to hurt DEI tremendously, one of the reasons they are having so much problems with their engines is that most of the DEI engineers who formerly worked for DEI are now working at Hendricks Motor Sports.
Not a wise business decision for her to let Jr. leave.

That's why she hired a General Manager. She's a business woman. If her husband would still be alive, I am positive they would not be having these engine issues.

Who cares she's an owner and she doesn't have to be there if she doesn't want to be. That's what she pays her employees for.
