I have not had a relationship with my father for many years and that's OK with me. I'm getting married this month and have asked my boss, who is practically a father to me, to walk me down the aisle. Now we are making the programs and I'm wondering what kind of title he should have. Any ideas?

Personally I wouldn't say father figure. I would use the term Bridal Escort or Escorting the Bride.

In my wedding I plan on having my Brother walk me down the aisle, so it will read. "Giving the Bride away:" and my brothers name.

I agree with using escort.
If you don't care for the way that sounds... "presenter of the bride" (that does not roll off my toungue, it is an idea so please don't boo me!)
