I like to give a gift certificate for a really nice dinner, maybe tickets to a show also, and a bottle of wine.

Spa day for two if they both would enjoy that. Otherwise sponsor a portion of their honeymoon if they are going on one. Offer a weekend of babysitting if that will apply. Clean their house from top to bottom. They don't need any household items, should already have an established household by this number.

Does she need something done for her house like lawn care, or a cleaning?
Something she may not ordinarily do for herself.
do they have a hobby?
A champagne/wine basket?
