ok i have an imac g3 that i upgraded to os x v10.2.8 and on sertain pages it tells me to upgrade it to the latest virson of safari, i clik on the link and safari 3 beta asks me what os i am running and my os isnt a choose can i still upgrade to safari 3 ?

In terms of OS X, 10.2.8 is ancient. A lot of apps won't support anything less than 10.3.9 these days. And 10.5 is coming out this month.

Now, Safari 3 needs at least 10.4.9 - way out of your league. And it's pretty obvious that if you don't meet the requirements, you won't be running Safari.

Having said that, try Mozilla FireFox or Camino web browsers. You may be able to get them running on 10.2

Hi, no u won't be able to. You mean when u visit pages like Yahoo and stuff. Well u will need a another browser cause ur version of OS X is no longer supported. Try get Firefox.
