I STRIVE to be a Proverbs 21 wife, and I fail often. I love the Lord with all my heart, soul, mind and strength, and I know that He can change me daily, and I seek Him in changing me, for only He can do this! This is a great passage in the Bible to show us women, who love the Lord how we ought to live. It may be easy for some, but I know for me, (well the verse that says "she rises early in the morning" that is HARD for me lol)
Someday I hope to conquer that laziness of wanting to sleep in...and to RISE early and spend quiet time with Him in prayer and word....which I do when I get up, but it is not as early and my children are already up, so it is not as quiet.
But I know God knows my heart, and He knows my faults, and yet He still loves me- fancy that! I dont know why- but I give Him all the glory! Praise be to Him!

It is difficult to find a Christian girl/woman nowadays based on Proverbs 31. But I know of one such person... my mother! And has not our home been blessed by God because of this. Yet, it was never easy for her, and she has faced the joys and sorrows of life through fortitude of her unwavering faith in God, and taught us to do so. So while the good Lord has filled me with a greater anointing of the Holy Spirit, to serve Him and witness His word, it is actually my mother who has deserved this gift from God, more than me.
It’s her birthday on the 14th of October and while I may be unable to visit her (being halfway around the world), pray that God gives her of His choicest blessings and goodness and she may find peace and happiness all the days of her life.
May God bless her and every such woman devoted to His service and for being an example; and my humble thankfulness to Him for so great a gift and treasure He has bestowed upon us,

This passage is what every truly godly wife and mother wants to be. I know that I fall short, but evry time I stumble and fall I just get back up and strive to be the godly wife and mother that I know my Lord wants me to be.

Sounds like a woman who is hard working, has the fear of God, respect for her spouse, cares for others and has a concern for the poor. She can handle money too. She lives according to God's standards and therefore, she has honor and worth.

we should make our husband's proud, that when he goes out , he hears only good reports of our home, & be trustworthy. We are to work w/our hands, & make wise financial decisions, & not waste.
we are to even clothe our helpers at our homes with the very best quality of garments, & they ,likeus, are to be provided for the best of nutrition, since it refers to goat milk, being richer, than traditional cows milk.
we are to rise up early to take care of our affairs at home, &
When our work is done , we will be honored by our children, in our aging years.
