The birth certificate and Social Security card is sufficient to obtain a state ID from Oregon -- they require two primary documents to be presented to obtain ID, and both of these are considered to be primary documents.

If she's unable to get the ID before Saturday, though, note that she will still be able to fly; however, she will have to go through additional screening at security, as is required for passengers who do not provide ID at the checkpoint.

I know here in delaware all she would need to do if you have a dmv is go in there with birth certificate and a piece of mail that has the currnet address on it and they should be able to pull up all her information and give her a new id in about 15 mins but that is if she has a dmv in here state that works that fast

should not be an issue. you in worry-free words might want to telephone them and delivers your information. even as they have accessed your account they are going to have the means to allow you to understand your stability, allow you to understand about any transactions interior the only top few days, and so on. you are able to might want to pass into your economic company with identity in case you want to take out any funds till you get your replace card yet you are able to ask about your account over the phone.
