I want to get a tattoo and/or a piercing that shows i belong to and obey my wife (yes, in other words her slave). Any suggestions on what to have done and just where should it be?? Is one enough or should there be several?

Perhaps a word such as "faith", "love", "loyalty" or something like that... I don't know you so I don't know what kind of tattoo you might like.
But as for where it should go, how about putting it on the inside of your thigh... if you belong to and obey her, she should be the only one to ever see it, right? ;) And if you're ever in a situation where someone is seeing it and they shouldn't be... well then it's a nice little reminder to be faithful! Haha.

Get BEEEACHHH inked on your forehead then hide in a cardboard box for the rest of your life yeeehaaaa boy lol.Or how about a dart board tattood to your right bum cheek have some fun with it then at least you can add darts to your sub fun

Well the way you worded it "slave" made me think handcuffs. Perhaps handcuffs and something like "All hers" with it or something.
