I'm starting to get very interesting flyers from democrats locally who are running for non-national positions. Today came from the local democratic party and is espousing a plan to:
1. Hold businesses accountable who knowingly hire illegal immigrants.
2. Crack down on developers that support illegal immigration.
3 Fund more police patrolling our streets to protect our community and stop gang violence.
4. Combat residential overcrowding and neighborhood blight.

It's certainly not everything that I want, but it's an inkling that we are starting to get through here. Are you seeing the same in your own local elections?

The citizen Democrat has always been on board. It's the politician Democrats who are wanting to sell this country down a hole for additional votes.

No, I don't think so. If they were serious then they would want to end all federal aid to sanctuary cities, or something substantive along those lines. The problem of illegal immigration isn't all the Democrats' fault. George W. Bush is a 2 term Republican president. John McCain is a Republican senator from a border state. Both of them haven't done anything to stop illegal immigration. And they both supported the amnesty bill that got voted down in the senate earlier this year.

This may surprise you, but illegal immigration is not primarily a Republican concern. There is many a Democrat, Libertarian, and Independent, who are concerned with this as well.

I haven't seen much of this coming through in my own area yet, but I'm sure it will be brought to my attention by other political groups than just Republicans.

the priority remains occurring. we aren't listening to something on the information approximately human beings being stopped and deported. If the priority replaced into being tackled heavily it might have be on the information. i think of we could have a march against illegals. the information will usually possibly conceal it, in spite of each thing they lined the illegals marching. according to hazard then politicians will commence doing some thing related to the priority.

Maybe locally where fooling people is a lot harder, but at the national level Democrats hate immigration reform and sabotage every effort to protect our nation and culture from illegal alien invasion.

No. Both parties remain committed to maximizing illegal immigration. Both also remain able to lie about it in the interest of getting elected, though.

Somewhat but not the way I want to see it. The Dems are not going to feed me a bunch of empty promises to get my vote. If I don't see some major action to back up their word before the election, I'll know that what I already think is true...it's just to rally up more votes.

Let's HOPE they are!!! They shouldn't have to be Democrat or a Republican to see that America is in trouble here. If the Democrats AREN'T waking up to this illegal immigration situation, then they just aren't American.

If you are in an area with 'Blue Dog' Democrats, possibly. The others are trying to buy you off (but still may be the best bet when it comes to voting. look at the alternatives.)

I wish we had Blue Dogs in California...
