I drink hot tea every morning and I just wonder if it will stain my teeth in the future.....

If you switched to coffee as your morning beverage, you'd notice a HUGE difference in stainage.
Possibly processed, sugar-filled iced tea might stain your teeth, but natural tea shouldn't leave any sort of residue at all, given that it's properly drained.

tea, coffee, and tobacco are 3 big teeth stain causes...if possible have a toothbrush and paste with you to use after the tea.....try boiling tap water and drink that first thing in the a.m. before digesting else.....this is a very good toxin eliminator for the body

Depends on what time of year it is. In the summer cold. I live in the Phoenix area and it wouldn't make any sense to drink hot tea in the summer. In the winter I will drink it hot to warm up a bit.

Im not sure if it will stain your teeth, but if you drink it daily it will reduce skin cancer by 30%, so you shuld keep drinking it

Tea probably will cuz it has sugar and other stong minerals in it no matter what brand bought.+ it also drains water from the body so it would drain some moisture from ur gums and other places.

YES IT CAN. THE TANNINS IT CONTAINS STAIN TEETH.
