Breeders "line breed" all the time. It will not lead to poor quality puppies for two sibs to breed, but too many generations of inbreeding will. Unless you know about what health issues run in the family line you can't breed responsibly. Really breeding should be left to breeders who have lots of edjucation about the breed in question and genetics. Think hard beore you breed your dogs. It is no way to make a quick buck.

You should NOT be breeding dogs. First you ask can a mother and son breed then you ask can a sister and brother breed. Seriously now educate yourself. Any dogs can breed question is SHOULD they be bred. And the answer is.........NO

Can they? Sure.
Should they? No.
Linebreeding and inbreeding should ONLY be done by someone who understands what they're doing - and WHY - and who has done the research into the pedigree so they know the risks.

Biologically yes, but it's not a good idea, and you can't get AKC papers.
