Acts 24:15 and I have the same hope in God as these men, that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked.

Religions that teach the Hell Fire, will the wicked be ressurected out of hell?

Who, though, are “the unrighteous” mentioned at Acts 24:15? These would include the great masses of mankind who have died throughout history, particularly those who lived in ‘times of ignorance.’ These, because of where they were born or when they lived, had no opportunity to learn obedience to God's will. Additionally, there may be some who did hear the message of salvation but who did not respond fully at that time or who died before they had progressed to dedication and baptism. In the resurrection such ones will have to make further adjustments in their thinking and life course if they are going to benefit from this opportunity for gaining everlasting life.

If you understand the true meaning of Hell, then you will know that everyone that death takes, goes to Hell.

Definition: The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl' and its Greek equivalent hai'des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge'en·na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment).

Was this question just directed to religions that teach hell fire? (JWs don't, our God is not cruel!!)
There are basically 3 'categories' of people;
1. Those who know about God and obey him (let's call them the righteous)
2. Those who know about God but decide to do their own thing (the wicked)
3. Those who do not know about God because they either die too young, or are misled all their lives. (unrighteous)

God will not resurrect those who have shown that they do not love him. They are dead and gone.
God will resurrect the other two groups, the righteous because they have shown their loyalty to him, the unrighteous in order to give them a chance to learn the truth and then decide. Those who will obey will remain alive, those who won't will join the wicked (they'll die and be gone forever).

They will not be resurrected to be judged for their past sins (Romans 6:7 points out that he who has died has been acquitted from [his] sin.) That means your death is the punishment for whatever sins you have committed in your life, plus the inherited sin. So why should God resurrect you to punish you again? (I repeat, God is not cruel)

Rather, the judgement spoken of is God judging the resurrected ones on the basis of their actions AFTER they learn the truth about him.
Hope that summary is clear. But check it out in full!!

Hi,
No because they will not be in any fire at all. The Lake of fire is at the end of the One Thousand reign of Christ, and should not to be confused with the grave which people will be raised from. The religions you speak of are confusing the two, and that's were people come up with the concept of hell fire. It wouldn't make sense for God to send the wicked to a hell fire only to raise them and then put them right back into a fire. Think about it! The wicked will be judged. What if they get their act together during the reign of Christ, and they are judged to be repentant! Should they burn? Think about that.

HI J i thought it said( unrighteous or unjust,) not (wicked) the wicked will be cut off Psalms 37:10,20,38.
Psalm 145:20. meaning a difference between the two, now i may be wrong,
Ive always thought just because youre unrighteous doesnt mean your wicked but i guess Jehovah will decide who's what.
Good Question though,
so if i am wrong just correct me with proof.
Im willing to take constructive criticism.LoL.

These are for those that have died. As Ecc. 9:5&10 tells us the condition of the dead. They are conscience of nothing at all so the dead don't see us and what we are doing. They are asleep in death as Jesus said Lazerus was. Jesus was also dead for parts of 3 days and he was resurrected.

Those that are asleep in death will have the opertunity to learn to live according to Jehovah God's standards for 1,000 years. Then the final test will come and all those that survive will have everlasting life on Paradise Earth.

You may want to read it again.
"I have hope in God, which they themselves also accept, that there will be a RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD, both of the just and the unjust."
this means that the righteous will be resurrected, and will go to heaven, but the unjust will be resurrected (from the grave) to be judged for all the unjust things they have done. When the unjust are judged, they will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, because that is where Hell will be thrown, also.

No you got it wrong. On the last day, everyone will rise [resurrected] and be judged by Christ. This is what is meant by that. The just go to enjoy eternal happiness, and the unjust to eternal punishment.
