I don't know where it is and I also don't know how to tell my parents. Keep in mind, they're pretty strict =/ .. HELP !!

Tell them right away!
They are going to be mad if someone is running up a bill that they have to pay for.
Strict is good! They should make you go with out for a while or make you buy your new one.

Try to find it. Retrace your steps and ask around at the places you visited. You can also call it and see if anyone answers. If you can't find it, you should tell your parents and have the phone service cut off to that number immediately, since people who find the phone might be using it to make expensive calls. They will be much angrier if you don't tell them and they discover expensive charges on the phone bill than if you tell them the truth. Then you should buy a new phone with your own money.

It's better to tell them! Cancel it immediately!
The person who steals it will use it to dial long-distance numbers. My ex-GF went over on our plan by some amount of minutes, but it costed $0.45 each overage minute, meaning that every two minutes was $1.00!
I had to pay $1057!
Tell your parents and cancel immediately. If it goes over it will be much worse than a simple, lost cellphone probably worth about $75.

Be RESPONSIBLE. Call the cell company and tell them to shut it off until you find, or replace it. Show your parents you are mature enough to handle this, or any situation. And, call yourself and see if you can hear the phone ring, to locate it.

My friend harley lost her phone on the bus,, i think someone stole it, but shes still hoping to find it, its been gone so long now, the battery has ran low, so she can't call it, but what i would do is sit your parents down, and say,,, ''mom dad i don't want you to get mad at me...but i lost my phone,,, i've retraced my steps and i STILL can't find it, do you think you can help me?''

you should tell them that someone stole it from you. Or try retracing your steps to find it. maybe its best to tell the truth. Goodluck
