I don't think I am fat (I only need to lose a little more weight) being about 155 pounds -because I'm 5'10'' tall-, but I believe I don't have a nice figure.
My body is athletic -I've been playing volleyball for yrs - I have small breasts and a bigger bottom, but it won't get smaller no matter how much I exercise. Should I do something to enlarge the breasts -they look bad small like that while i have a big shoulder blade- or is there another way to get a smaller bottom? I am almost 18. People say I don't need to do anything, but I'm big like that and it's annoying to have small breasts. I hope you understand : /

Seems like the only problem you have is not liking what you have. If you are athletic and take good care of yourself, then why bother yourself worrying about your breast/butt size? We are all of us unique and have our own special gifts.

The only way to reduce the size of your bottom -- if it isn't all muscle -- is to lose more bodyfat. But doing so will also probably decrease the size of your breasts (which are fat). I would consider strength training to go along with your volleyball. It won't add size to your breasts (though it may build up your pectorals), but it will do much to shape and tone your lower body.

Good luck -- and be happy :) I am sure there are plenty who would think you have a very nice figure. But appreciate who you are and the gifts and body you have.

A lot has to do with genetics.
Plus- people who play sports/athletes develop muscles while they grow up and it becomes a lot easier to gain them back later.
you can try doing cardio 4-6 times a week for 60min or even more- it will burn muscle and fat- both. drink lots of water and eat healthy (5-6 small meals a day)
