Religion, n. A daughter of Hope and Fear, explaining to Ignorance the nature of the Unknowable. [Devil's Dictionary]

Agnosticism is the belief of a person who does not know whether God exists and does not believe you know, either.

Animism (1) "a doctrine that the soul is the vital principle of organic development, or (2) attribution of conscious life to nature or natural objects. [Webster's]

Convert is a person who changes from one religion to another. Also a verb describing the change.

Deism is a belief in a creator who remains aloof from his creation. He sort of set it on automatic and is not just observing.

Disciple is one who accepts and assists in the spreading of the doctrines of another. [Webster]

Ecumenical means bringing together people of different backgrounds and cultures.

Fundamentalism means belief that the sacred writings of a religion are divinely inspired and therefore absolutely true.

Monotheism means believing in one god.

Polytheism means believing in many gods and goddesses.

Secular means not involved with religion.

Sectarian means involved with a particular sect or denomination.

I'm deeply disappointed that I only found one of them in the Devil's Dictionary.
