I was just wandering if there are any places that will put a cat down for free. Or for under 10 dollars. Or at lease a place where they will look at her for free. Thanks...

Take her to the nearest animal shelter or humane society. They will help her if possible, or put her to sleep if she is too badly injured to save.
Do it soon..the longer you wait, the more she will suffer.

I agree, the nearest shelter. The longer you wait the worse your cat will feel pain.
The 'freezer' option is only for birds and reptiles which have a very high and very low metabolism (the birds are soaked wet and put in, where they freeze in a few minutes, the reptiles fall asleep and die). Trying that on a cat or dog is considered torture.
