No, though not a bad idea. Dentures are all custom fit- so you'd have a hard time getting a well fitting set.
If you have lots of free time then maybe.

Wow, just when I thought I'd heard it all. I don't know about it being a good place to get dentures; but maybe they get you a used discount rate?!

Only if you're really sure the person you're stealing them out of is really dead.
You can't go around snatching living people's dentures y'know.

No it isn't, because all the bodies are locked up. You're better off sneaking into the rest home at night and grabbing a pair there. You'll have a better selection, and the owners are usually asleep, so they won't fight you for them.. ALSO, they're normally in the soaking tray (so they'll be mostly clean).. Good luck!!
