I use the living cookbook software program. This allows you to not only create cookbook format printing, but also gives nutrional information of each recipe, creates recipes based upon what you have in your pantry, creates a shopping list based on a recipe/menu, and allows you to store and share your recipes online. Check out www.livingcookbook.com and it will show you all that it does, plus offers a free demo download. It's been a while since I got mine, but i think they offered a binder and laminate for creating your own cookbook as well. hope this helps.

I was looking for the same thing and never found it... so I made my own.
I just took a 3-ring binder and dividers for the different categories (regular ones like appetizers, deserts, etc. but also have one section for kids favs, hubby's favs, etc.) and each recipe I get, I paste it to a regular piece of printer paper.
I insert each page into a clear page protector so that when I have minor spills, the recipe isn't ruined.
Also, I started putting multiple recipes on each page, but found that one per page works better... instead of alphabetizing, I now keep them in order of favorites... that way, when I want to make something special for my husband for example, I go to that section and use one of the first few recipes.

Look at the bigger book stores (Borders or Chapters) there are quite a few binder types that have room in the back for your own recipes.

I ran across a terrific online place called
CreateforLess.com
I did find recipe pages at that site. But, in catagories, such as BBQ. I thought it was a bit expensive to do an entire book. But, wonderfully clever. My order came likketysplit too.

I make my own, just buy a binder and plastic cover sheets. Great because I print off so many from on-line, you can put divider sheets between categories. And if you buy a binder that has a plastic insert on the cover you can make your own cover for it

These days with computers it is easiest and CHEAPEST to create your own.
Create pages with your PC, add color and border (or buy cookbook looking pages at your favorite printing supply/stationary store), print, laminate.
Put in either a scrapbook, now available in any discount store, or 3 hole punch and put in a nicely decorated notebook.
