LOL. OK folks, calm down with your outrage over giving your information. Just include the field because that's pretty important.

White, female, 21, and I'm an English student.

Anyway, yes I would hire a qualified person with dreadlocks. I'm not sure what kind of hypothetical business I would be owning in this scenario, but whatever kind it would be, the clients wouldn't be the sort to be offended by weird hair.

Yes. I actually have hired someone with dreadlocks. He had to wear a bandana over his head, but you could still see the dreads. He went away for school but he is on my re-hire list for next summer.

I'm white, male, 33, and work at a 5-star destination resort where I run the Outdoor Recreation department.

Yes, I would. Dreadlocks are just a hairstyle, they don't determine the person's mind, relatability and experience, which matters to me if I'm working with an individual for a long period of time, on any kind of project.
I've worked with all sorts of people, and the last thing I have time to think of is what they're wearing, their hair or external features.

Depends on the position. I'm being honest. The higher the position in nature (upper management for example) I would seek a more professional look and I would be weary of hiring someone with dreadlocks. I'm female, puerto rican, and my age is protected under the ADEA.
