Come on, do your own math for this one. If an hour is 60 minutes long, a 1/10th of an hour is 6 minutes. 1.3 hours is 78 minutes, and you add 1.3 to any decimal number you need to in order to total your time. 1.3+1.6=2.9.

each minute is .0166666 of an hour.Take the actual time and convert to minutes:1 hour and 18 minutes is 78 minutes, then multiply the minutes by .016666.
78 x .016666 equals 1.299948 hours.
then 1.3 divided by .01666 equals 78,which converts to 1 hour and 18 minutes
