a portion of meat is not bad even at every meal. Unless of course the meat is always red meat or bacon. Chicken , fish, leaner cuts of beef can be good for you but everything in moderation

Meat at every dinner is not bad as long as you don't eat huge amounts of it. A portion is considered to be the size of your fist. You can make other meals without meat like spaghetti with a nice sauce with lots of veggies and no meat. Also macaroni and cheese.

of course it's not bad unless your a veggy. most people eat meat nearly every day. and a good variety is both interesting and tasty. meat free include cheese sandwich, pancakes, oatmeal etc. The most important thing is to have some balance. Not always french fries, always fried food, pizza, etc. As long as you serve a well rounded well balanced variety of foods you will be doing the best for the people you are cooking for.

There is a myth propagated for the past 50 years that meat is bad for people, the fats in it are really bad for people.
But in that same 50 years more people have been eating less meats, less fats and getting fatter and fatter with more heart conditions and more diabetes than ever before in history.

A person should eat as much meat as they wish, using 30 % protein, 30 % carbohydrate, and 40 % fats for daily menus.

Carbohydrates are vegetables and fruits, breads, grains, cereals, etc.

4-6 ozs of meat should be eaten at least 2 meals a day. Generally 3 meals. But, with high grain foods for breakfast you can skip a meal with meat.
