You can use 7 Dust. It is made out of dried, refined chrysanthemum flowers and available at KMart, Walmart and any plant nursery. It is powder which you will sprinkle on the kittens. Make sure you don't get it in their eyes. You can also sprinkle it in your carpet as you would carpet fresh. Leave over night then vacuum in the morning, repeating if necessary.
I used it extensively when I had Pick A Little Pet Farm with no adverse results. It also kills mites on birds and other animals!

Bathing them with dish washing soap may help kill some, but your kittens can still have some on them.
You can get a flea comb and a cup of water and comb your kittens, then quickly dip the fleas in the water to drown them. A vet might be able to give another option for kittens that are so young.
When your kittens get old enough (8 weeks), you can use the flea drops like Frontline Plus, Advantage, or Revolution.
Whatever you do, do not use flea collars. They may be harmful for your kittens, even if they are old enough to use them, and they usually don't work.

You don't bathe them, because it's a waste of time. Dish soap, and any flea shampoo, will only wash fleas off. This is pointless, because most of the fleas are living in your house, so as soon as the kitten is dry it will just get reinfested right away.
Use a proper flea treatment/preventative - you can only find these at vets, pet store ones don't work and you won't find any there for kittens this young. Get hold of some Frontline Spray from a vet - this works, and can be used on cats and dogs from 2 DAYS of age. You should also spray your house too, again, get a spray from a vet.
No bathing, no combing (only removes flea dirts), no pet store products. Just Frontline spray.

Don't use anything out of the ordinary, you don't want regrets, and they're uncomfortable as it is. This Natural Chemistry works wonders on my 3 week kitten AND on my 90 lb dog. Very safe and works instantly, when you bathe them you'll see the fleas fall off and it washes off easy. It even says on the bottle that it's safe just to be sure I check w/ vets and they recommend it. If you can't find it at a petco or petsmart try a feed store, they have EVERYTHING for gerbils up to cattle you're bound to find it there, very much worth any price you pay.

Try peppermint oil - Effective at eliminating odours, including bad breath, peppermint is also excellent against mosquitos and fleas. I add a tissue, or cotton wool pad, soaked in peppermint oil to my hoover to prevent flea infestations and to make the room smell nice - and the cats love the smell of peppermint too! Add a few drops of the oil to a mild shampoo, or make up a rinse of peppermint water to treat infestation of fleas on your cats or dogs. Other oils which are good for treating fleas are lavender and tea tree.
I have attached some links that can help you with your question
I hope this helps

I found a pretty good website for this. If you're terribly worried, call the vet. They'll usually advise on stuff like this for free. They also might carry a shampoo that is safe for kittens. It might be a tad more expensive, but better to be safe.
