If that's where your heart and mind are leading you right now, sure. But stay open to other options. Don't get so comfortable in what you believe that you close yourself off to more truth coming in. The fundamentalists do that, and look how dogmatic, hateful and exclusive it makes them.

Consider defining that God you elect to believe in. Ask:

What is God.

How it is it so that God is interpretred as....and so on.

Look at all religions and beyond that and the idea of God will become more clear than any singular religion can teach.

Remember, One Religion is ONE VIEW.

Take all views, from all times and cultures as each has the right to define God based on thier belief systems.

What you will find will astonish you.

God, has come time and again to Earth and was observed and interpreted differently.

The differences in interpretations gave birth to all the different religions you see today.

All hold som,e truth, but none hold all truth.

Just believing that there is One God is not the same as believing IN that God. If you believe in Him you will want to do his will, and that will no doubt lead you into some structure of what is called religion. If there is no change in your life and no demands on you, then you don't have a relationship with God. If you don't associate with other believers, there is too much temptation for your "God" to become just another facet of your ego.

Yes. The church is only for fellowship & teaching. Most Christians will tell you to read the Bible everyday but if you can't then you can't (no glasses, blind, no Bible in your language etc).
